Welcome to my Mental Health blog! My name is Emma Tran and I am deeply committed to advocating for mental wellness and providing support to individuals on their journeys toward enhanced mental health and overall well-being.

As someone who has personally dealt with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), I understand how difficult and isolating it can feel. However, through my own recovery process and continued self-care, I’ve learned that there is always hope and that no one has to suffer alone.
